NBCP Patroller Portal Terms
Last updated 12 September 2026
The NBCP Patroller Portal is a private service for authorised Burwood Pegasus Community Watch patrollers, committee members and administrators.
Authorised use
You may use the portal only for legitimate Community Watch purposes and in accordance with organisational policies, training and lawful instructions.
Your account
Keep your password confidential and do not allow another person to use your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or email access has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the organisation determines otherwise.
Roster information
Roster information may change. A released roster represents the current portal record, but committee instructions and direct communications may supersede it. Contact the roster coordinator if you cannot attend an assigned patrol.
Appropriate information handling
Do not copy, disclose or use private member or operational information for unrelated purposes. Information obtained through the portal should be treated according to Community Patrol procedures and any applicable Police guidance.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal reliable, but access may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, connectivity or circumstances outside our control. The portal is a support tool and is not an emergency service.
Changes
The Committee may update portal functions, access rules and these terms when operational requirements change. Continued authorised use after an update indicates acceptance of the current terms.
Suspension or removal
Portal access may be suspended or removed when a person leaves the organisation, no longer requires access, breaches these terms or where access must be restricted for security or operational reasons.
Support
For portal support, contact support@nbcp.online.
These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed and approved by the Committee before formal adoption.
